A note on cords: we keep cord concealment within handyman scope. That means paintable cord covers and routing power and cables to outlets that already exist.
We do not run new electrical circuits or add in-wall outlets. If your setup calls for that, a licensed electrician handles the wiring and we handle everything else.

Why proper mounting matters
A modern TV is heavy, expensive, and usually hanging above furniture, a hearth, or a spot where kids play. Every bracket carries a weight rating, and so do the fasteners holding it to the wall. A mount screwed into drywall alone can feel solid on day one and work loose over months of vibration and cable tugs.
Anchoring into studs, or using the correct masonry anchors on brick and stone, is what keeps the screen on the wall for good.
Placement matters just as much as strength. A TV hung too high causes neck strain from the couch, and a screen over a fireplace usually needs a tilting or full-motion bracket to bring the picture down toward eye level.
We measure from your main seating, talk through the height, and confirm the spot before drilling a single hole.
How a TV mounting visit goes
- Pick the placement — We talk through the room, the seating distance, and the height so the screen sits where it is comfortable to watch.
- Locate studs and check the wall — We find the studs, consider what may be behind the surface, and match the bracket and fasteners to the wall material.
- Mount the bracket and hang the TV — The bracket goes on level and tight, then the TV is lifted into place and secured to it.
- Level, tidy, and test — We fine-tune the level, manage the cables, and confirm everything is solid before we pack up.
Moving or remounting a TV
Rearranging a room, finishing a basement, or moving into a new house often means a mounted TV needs to come down and go back up somewhere else.
We remove the TV and bracket, remount everything in the new spot, and check whether your existing bracket still suits the wall it is moving to.
The wall left behind matters too. Old bracket holes and anchor damage are easy to fix while we are already there, and our drywall repair service covers the patching and texture blending so the old spot disappears under paint.

Questions
Can you mount a TV over a fireplace?
Yes. Fireplace mounting takes extra planning for heat, wall material, and viewing height, and a tilting or full-motion bracket usually makes the height easier to live with. We check the surface and talk through placement before any holes are drilled.
Do you mount TVs on brick or stone?
We do. Masonry takes different anchors and drill bits than drywall, and the bracket needs to seat flat against an uneven surface. We bring the hardware suited to brick, stone, and other masonry walls.
Can you hide the cords?
We conceal cords using paintable cord covers and by routing power and cables to existing outlets. Running new electrical circuits or adding in-wall outlets is licensed electrician work, so we keep cord concealment within handyman scope and will tell you if your plan needs an electrician.
Can you move a TV that is already mounted?
Yes. We take the TV down, remount it in the new location, and can patch the old bracket holes in the same visit so the wall is ready for paint.
Do I need to supply the bracket?
Either way works. If you already bought a bracket we will install it. If you have not, tell us the TV size and wall type when you reach out and we can point you toward the style that fits before the visit.
