What this covers
Fixture work, kept honestly in handyman scope
A dripping faucet, a shower door that grinds on its track, caulk that has gone dark along the tub. None of it calls for a full plumbing company, but all of it needs to be handled correctly. Mr. Fixit of NWA covers that slice of bathroom work: the fixtures you see and use every day, replaced or repaired without tearing into the plumbing behind the wall.
Owner Matt Houle has spent 15+ years working on homes across construction, property management, and home repair, and bathroom fixture work shows up in that mix constantly. The approach here is simple. We stay at the fixture level, we seal everything against moisture, and when a project needs a licensed plumber, we say so instead of improvising.
Showers and tubs
Shower doors, enclosures, and pans
Glass shower doors are heavy, unforgiving, and easy to get wrong. We adjust and repair existing doors, replace worn rollers and sweeps, and install custom shower enclosures when the old unit has reached the end of its run.
Below the glass, we replace bathtubs and shower pans that have cracked, flexed, or discolored past the point of cleaning. A pan that moves underfoot is not a cosmetic issue. It works the seal loose a little more every day, and the floor beneath it pays the price.
Moisture control
Caulk and seals do more work than they get credit for
Every wet area in a house relies on a few thin lines of caulk. When those lines crack or pull loose, water finds drywall, subfloor, and framing, and it does its damage quietly. We handle interior and exterior caulking both as part of fixture visits and as standalone work, cutting out the failed material rather than layering new caulk over old.
It is also one of the least expensive problems in a house to stay ahead of, which is why caulk checks belong in regular upkeep rather than on the someday list.

Home Maintenance
Caulk lines, grout, and seals age on a schedule. Recurring maintenance visits keep them checked before water gets behind them.
